Restaurants and Bars with an Outdoor Patio/Rooftop in the DMV

We're living through a pandemic, and the restaurant industry has been hit extremely hard, but luckily restaurants have been given the go-ahead to re-open in the DMV area. With that in mind, we've to adjust to the new normal, and personally, I feel better visiting a restaurant with an outdoor patio/rooftop vs. dining inside.
